Rules

These rules are subject to change at any time for any reason, please be responsible and make sure you are aware of the rules and abide by them. Please respect the choices and decisions made by the moderating team and respect one another.

 

• When posting NSFW content all material must be in the NSFW channels.
• No pictures of players are allowed, this is for your protection to prevent any minor from pretending to be 18+ and posting them.
• If you are under the age of 18 you are not allowed to access the NSFW content channels. As per Discord’s Community Guidelines the NSFW channels are not meant for people under the age of 18 and have been labeled as such. • No child pornography of images which depict children in sexual manners. This is illegal and cause for an instant ban. This rule includes loli and lalafell.
• No advertising Discord servers or other programs, websites or services without moderator permission. This includes unsolicited DMs to members. If you are a content creator please use the channel that has been dedicated for such #content-creators. If you would like to inquire about any kind of advertising including other RP-events and FC’s please contact one of our officers.
• Parsing pictures are allowed but only if the poster of the image censors the names within the screenshot. Parses that do no follow this obligation will be removed.
• Spamming of channels will not be tolerated.
• Slurs based on race, sex, identity, or group will not tolerated.
• If you are having issues with harassment or feel that rules are being violated please do not hesitate to reach out to our officers, they are here to assist in these matters. This server will not tolerate drama or harassment on any level as we aim for it to be a safe, enjoyable space for our members to inhabit and coexist within.
• If you are having mental health issues and find yourself in need of assistance, please reach out to proper help (U.S. 1-800-273-8255). The officers and members of this Discord are not trained in this field and can not give you the potential for help you might need. Any threats of suicide or self harm will be taken seriously.

Please observe the follow rules associated with the RP environment of Lucky Sevens Casino and Gentlemen’s Club. The list below does not account the full list of rules, try to use common sense and judgement for your actions when interaction with one another and our staff in game.

A three strike system is in play for any warning beyond what is mentioned as a bannable offense. Any decisions to remove players are made at the sole discretion of the moderators. Details will not be shared.

• Be excellent to each other. This is a collaborative hobby, respect other players’ boundaries. Harassment and bullying of other players will not be tolerated. Please keep the drama at the door, if a player is caught stirring or creating issue it will not be tolerated, every player is here to have a good time and has the right to have an environment to allow it.
• Bring your concerns to the officers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding interactions within the home or during open hours please don’t ever hesitate to approach an officer. We are here to help. Please be courteous in waiting for responses to questions, suggestions, and so forth.
• Don’t godmod. Simply put, don’t decide what happens to characters that aren’t yours. If something you want your character to do would significantly impact someone else, talk it out with their player.
• In-character (IC) and out-of-character (OOC) do not correlate. Please do not allow any OOC issues you have with other players to bleed into IC situations in game. Additionally, do not take negative character relations (CR) personally; always keep in mind that negative CR with other characters does not mean the players dislike you.
• Don’t info-mod. Just because you know something about a player’s character that was shared with you in an OOC setting doesn’t mean your character knows. If you wish to divulge something about a character that you learned out of the game then run it by the player before doing so.
• We are smut and kink-friendly. All players must be 18+ to involve themselves in ERP with any Escort character of the house or partake in such activities within the house. With consent from all parties involved we welcome any and all kinks. If you wish to partake in ERP you may not do so on the open floor of the home, please keep it to private chambers.
• In turn, please keep in mind that when partaking in ERP the IC and OOC divide as listed above. Any unsolicited OOC harassment in the form of private messages, mail or images will not be tolerated and is cause of an immediate ban.

Our music bot is here for your listening pleasure, all members and highrollers have full permissions for the bot, that includes adding songs and skipping songs, because of this please stand by the following rules to make everyone’s listening experience that much better.

• If the channel is empty and you are the only listener then it is your prerogative to use the bot as you will, however, once more people begin to join the channel please consider everyone around you and if you have a long playlist queued or a mix, consider skipping it or removing the surplus so that other people have the chance to listen to their own songs.
• Please be kind to your fellow listeners and do not skip a song that someone else has queued without their permission.
• When the chat is busy, please do not queue more than three songs.
• The bot can only be connected to the music channel.
• Take into account the length of your songs that you queue, unless the chat is in agreement please don’t post a song that is more than ten minutes. Mixes are nice but it’s also enjoyable for people to be able to post their own music when it comes down to it.

It has come up a number of times in the past where the line between NSFW and SFW is. So we have added this additional rule to assure that our members are aware of what that entails. Officers and leaders of this discord have the right to remove any image that is considered NSFW and this is not up for discussion.

• Anything posted in SFW should not involve images/content that could remotely be considered sexually provocative by any means. We are aware that everyone has different tastes and different levels of what is considered acceptable but for those who check discord at work, in front of their families or public spaces we want to take into account that a SFW channel should be SFW. Images/content that sexually provocative include and are not limited to: an abundance of skin being shown, this includes males and females alike, the representation of a sexual position or situation regardless of how much of their body is covered, and clothing that is overtly revealing by its design. If someone can look over your shoulder at the screen and assume sexual content it needs to be placed in NSFW. This includes images, screenshots, or any channel that has a difference between SFW and NSFW.
